III Mas (pronounced "Yerord Mas") is the neighborhood in Yerevan, Armenia that our family is from. Our foundations are laid upon the preservation of Armenia's food history in the Armenian Highlands and as a diaspora.
With these foundations, our bakery unites and honors the culinary traditions of the Armenian Highlands, Mesopotamia, Egypt, and the Levant.
